Local Art Collector Discovers $4.1 Million Worth Of Fine Quality Collectible Art In Dusty Warehouse

By | May 4, 2018

Searching for and finding fine art pieces is, well, an art. There’s a meticulous process that only the most experienced and knowledgeable art dealers, collectors, and connoisseurs are privy to. It’s quite frankly, and arduous and exacting process. But every now and then this process is circumvented by something called, “serendipity.” Or in layman’s terms, “pure luck.” That’s what happened to Boston-based art collector and entrepreneur, Edward St. Claire. “I wasn’t even looking for any art at the time,” says St. Claire, “I was simply trying to source products for my company.”

That’s when he made his $4.1 million dollar art discovery. “I couldn’t believe it,” St. Claire exclaims, “there were more than 11,000 pieces of Limited Edition Collectible lithograph prints by world renowned artist, Harvey Edwards–each with a current retail value of $375.99–unframed, sitting right there in a dusty Chicago warehouse. They’d been sitting there, untouched, for more than 10 years.”

Each print, individually secured in a thick protective corrugated tube, was in mint condition. Mr. St. Claire quickly acquired all 11,009 pieces. Now, through a newly launched website, he’s fulfilling the original intention of the artist: making these beautiful pieces accessible to everyone. There are 13 Harvey Edwards editions listed on the site. Only 3,000 prints for each edition were commissioned and authorized by the artist. Each lithograph print measures 18″x24″, is printed on 100 lb cover-weight vellum archival paper and sells for $375.99–unframed. But there’s a special promotion for the month of May called, “May Flowers.”

During this promotion, the Harvey Edwards flower-themed editions titled “Love” and “Touch of Elegance” are each $25 off, plus free framing (a $169 value) and free shipping. Total value of this professionally framed Limited Edition Collectible print is $544.99. During the promotion, an investment of just $350 will have it shipped to your door or the door of your gift recipient in 7-10 days–directly from the framer. Each Limited Edition print is hand-numbered and signed in pencil by the artist and comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity and Letter of Congratulations.

This promotion is not advertised on the main website. You’ll need to sign-up first at iMediaArts.com/May-Flower. (just provide a valid email address) and you’ll instantly receive the promo code and link to the website home page where the two flower-themed prints are featured.
